  • supervision of the performance of the file service at the BUT,
  • administration of the electronic filing system,
  • providing methodological assistance, consultations and training in the area of the file service,
  • creation and updating of filing regulations and filing and shredding plan,
  • administration of the Rector's Office filing room,
  • acting as a mailroom and document distribution centre for the Rector's Office and designated units of the BUT
  • performing the function of the mailroom for the designated BUT units,
  • management of the BUT data mailbox,
  • managing the official BUT email address.
