Welcome Week at BUT - winter semester 2018/2019

International Relations Department in cooperation with ESN VUT Brno has prepared for all international students coming to study at BUT in winter semester 2018/2019 Welcome Week, which took place between 10 September - 16 September 2018.

We are very pleased that we could welcome more than 400 students from 46 countries of the world. Students will receive a lot of important information during the Admission day of Welcome Week (e.g. about health insurance in the Czech Republic, transportation in Brno, sports activities at BUT, accommodation scholarship or about new project "Brno International student"). Students who are interested in studying Czech language, can attend the crash course of Czech language, which is organized in cooperation with the Institute of Social Science at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Many other activities were organized during Welcome Week (e.g. excursion to the science amusement park – VIDA! or trip to Kroměříž).

We wish international student fruitful stay at Brno University of Technology, in Brno and in the Czech Republic.
