Representatives from Iraq university Duhok Polytechnic University visited Brno University of Technology

Representatives of Duhok Polytechnic University, the Iraq university, visited on 25th February 2019 Brno University of Technology. The main goal was to discuss the possible cooperation between both universities. There were five representatives from Iraq university including rector and vice-rectors.

Brno University of Technology was briefly introduced by vice-rector for foreign relations to the representatives of Duhok Polytechnic University. Representatives of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Information Technology and Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication introduces their activities and possible fields for cooperation. The main aim is focused on students and academic staff exchange and cooperation in research and science. Faculty of Information Technology offered to students of Duhok Polytechnic University to attend the summer school. Represenatives from Iraq university are interested in cooperation in the fields of information technology, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or chemistry.
