Symbolic tapping of the foundation stone on 11th December 2012 formally launched the construction of the research center AdMaS. The center is focused on the research, development and application of advanced building materials, structures and technologies not only in the building industry, but also at transport systems and infrastructure of cities, villages and countryside. Construction of the center AdMaS (Advanced Materials, Structures and Technologies) will be located at the area Pod Palackého vrchem in Brno and is planned until the end of June 2014. One month after the site is finished, center should be fully operational.
AdMaS center is subsidized by the Operational Programme Research and Development for Innovation with total subsidies of 818 million CZK. Initially center will offer about 70 new jobs with the prospect of future development.
