Study aims
The aim of the educational programme is to train highly qualified experts who are able to perform expert activities in technical and technical-economic fields of expertise with due professional care, i.e., at the highest possible standard of care expected of experts as persons qualified and certified by the state to perform expert activities as required by the applicable legal regulations for the performance of expert activities.
Graduate profile
Successful graduates who meet the additional conditions for performing expert activities will primarily work as experts in the technical and technical-economic fields of expertise as follows: Graduates of the Traffic Accident Analysis (ADN) specialization acquire professional competence for the qualified performance of expert activities in the field of transport, specifically road transport, with a focus on assessing the technical causes of accidents. Graduates of the Valuation of Tangible Movable Property (OMM) specialization acquire professional competence for the qualified performance of expert activities in the field of economics, in the sector of valuation of tangible movable property, with a focus on determining the value of vehicles, machines and devices, interior furnishings of residential and non-residential premises, or other tangible movable property corresponding to the participant's professional focus. Graduates of the Real Estate Valuation (ONM) specialization acquire professional competence for the qualified performance of expert activities in the field of Economics, in the sector of Real Estate Valuation. Learning outcomes Knowledge – the graduate will acquire: • in-depth knowledge of expert law necessary for the qualified performance of expert activities, • basic knowledge of procedural law to the extent necessary for the activities of technical and technical-economic experts, • expert knowledge of generally accepted procedures and methods in the field corresponding to the chosen specialization (Traffic Accident Analysis, Valuation of Tangible Movable Property, Valuation of Real Estate), or the chosen combination of specializations. Skills – the graduate will acquire: • the skills necessary for the qualified performance of expert and specialist activities in the field corresponding to their chosen specialization. Competencies – the graduate will acquire: • the ability to solve technically demanding problems in the field corresponding to their chosen specialization, • the competencies required to pass the entrance examination for experts in the field corresponding to their chosen specialization, • after fulfilling additional conditions for performing expert activities, the competencies to work as an expert or act as an expert in accordance with other legal regulations.
