  14. Thin film structures on organic semiconductors - preparation

The subject matter is focused on preparation of active layers of organic electronic devices (like OELD - Organic Electroluminescent Devices, FET - Field Effect Transistors, diodes and photovoltaic cells and sensors) by means of vacuum evaporation, spin coating and casting. The subject covers also basic characterization methods for thin films. Preferentially will be investigated derivatives of diketopyrrolo-pyrroles - DPP and their application properties with respect to collaboration with Research Institute for Organic Syntheses and Synthesia, Inc., both in Pardubice, with respect to joint projects.

Tutor: Salyk Ota, doc. Ing., CSc.

  15. Thin film structures with organic semiconductors - characterization

The subject matter is focused on characterization of active layers of organic electronic devices (like OELD - Organic Electroluminescent Devices, FET - Field Effect Transistors, diodes and photovoltaic cells and sensors) by means of physical methods as IR and UV VIS absorption, luminescence, conductivity and environmental influences. The subject covers also basic deposition methods for thin films structures. Preferentially will be investigated derivatives of diketopyrrolo-pyrroles - DPP and their application properties with respect to collaboration with Research Institute for Organic Syntheses, Inc. and Synthesia, Inc., both in Pardubice, with respect to joint projects.
