    Goal of this work is to make the detailed analysis of current used terminology, subsequent making the terminology for forensic-engineering praxis at traffic accident reconstruction. Basic goal is to standardize terminology used at road accident reconstruction.

  8. Calculation of the amount of property damage caused to forests (including environmental damage)

    The aim is to evaluate the existing methods, to compare their approaches to various types of potentially possible solutions always on specific forest ecosystems. Subsequently own choice (the proposal) the procedure for calculating the environmental damage to the forest ecosystem.

    Prices of buildings set by comparative method according to the actual prices rule compare with the market according to the location and establish relationships. There is a focus on assessing the adequacy and conciseness of individual qualitative zone, listed in the appraisal rules for valuation.

  10. Determination of the amount of property damage of the carrier in case of displaceing the vehicle from the operation after the accident for necessary repairs

    Dispose methodology for at least two ways of compensation: a) fast calculation of damages - it can be said fee according to the type of vehicles (platform, tipper, tanker, trailer, box car, etc) b) calculate the actual profit / loss of given, a particular vehicle on the basis of evidence from the past 12 months.

  19. Influence of aerodynamic forces on the movement of fragments of a conflict of vehicles

    During the conflict, the destruction of vehicles of the parts of different materials (glass, plastics), the fragments are influenced by physical laws of gravity and flow. Depending on the type of conflict, especially when partial collisions at passing vehicles, the significant effect of aerodynamic forces on the fragments moving in the flow due to near surface of the vehicle.
