Purpose of university studies is to give theoretical knowledge defined in JAR-FCL 1 for the traffic pilot ATPL (A), needed for theoretical exams ATPL (A). Passing these exams is necessary prediction for obtaining the pilot license for business air transport. Theoretical study is organized so that student can complete his/her practical training - financially covered by students themselves or with help of potential employer. This practical training is provided at accredited flying school – FTO (Flying training organization), out of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Nowadays we are in partnership with flying school BEMOAIR, company which has its seat at the Brno-Turany airport, and DELTA SYSTEM-AIR in Hradec Kralove. Theoretical study is finished by defense of final bachelor's work and passing the final state exam. Graduate obtains the certificate of complete theoretical education ATPL (A). As a standard, graduate should leave institute with Commercial Pilot license (CPL), qualification IFR.
