The project deals with a family house with a business premise. It is located in the flat landscape of Staré Kobylí area. The house consists of 2 separated parts. First two-storey part is intended for living with saddle roof of the 14° inclination.  Second part is design for a store. Porotherm brick blocks with contact insulation are used for siding, saddle roof is made of zinc-coated metal plates Regola and the monolithic ferroconcrete slabs were chosen for ceilings.
