Theoretical part of this diploma thesis contains summary of basic information about artificial sweeteners - neohesperidin dihydrochalcone and acesulfame K. There are their physical, chemical and sensory propertis, preparation, metabolism, health safety and application in food industry. The literary part gives some information about analytical methods used for determination of this sweeteners. Is here some information about hard candies, which are chosen as smple material. Solid phase extraction metod used for izolation and concentration samples before analysis is here descriebed. The practical part includes determination of sweeteners suggested and verificated by model experiments and the determination of both sweeteners in hard candies. The analysis are performed by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis.
