Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is variant layout of residential zone. The thesis deals especially with the arrangement of the lots on a specified area and solution of the traffic infrastructure including the parking and parking places. For a specified area there are three options suggested. According to multi-criterion analysis the most suitable option was selected and for this one option was then longitudinal profile and typical cross section were prepared
