Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis main purpose is to process the knowledge about skid resistance, its mesurement, the equipment used and its failures and suitable repairs of solid and nonsolid roadways.
The practical part evaluates skid resistance properities of selected highway sections with solid and nonsolid surface on the basis of measured values of PTV.
