Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with filtration, which presents separation process. Separation process separates elements of undissolved substances specified fragments. The thesis is focused on pressure filtration system used for water treatment. The aim of the study was to explain principles of pressure filtration with consideration to the pressure filters used for water treatment.
