The bachelor´s thesis with title "family duplexhouse" has been worked out by means of project documentation containing all the requirements according to currently valid codes. Designed new building is situated like standalone object and is placed in the town of Hlinsko in Bohemia. Object is designed as a brick building construction with flat green roofs. There is entrance area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, dinnig room, hall, study and fitness are situated in the first floor. Bedroom, bathroom, two children´s room and saloon are situated in the second floor. Floor will be from the panels of Spirrol. Dispositional study and seminar work with title "Green roofs" is part of the project.
