Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to process the design of the Tesla turbine construction, its production and to carry out an experiment to guarantee its effectiveness. In the first part there is a conceptual design of the turbine construction. In the second part I am dealing with 3D pattern of the turbine in the suitable CAD software, then with the creation of 2D design documentation and finally with the prototype production. The last part is dedicated to an experimental check of the machine effectiveness, and to a comparison of the result by a numerical solution.
