The master's thesis is focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the use of chromatic pupillography as an innovative diagnostic method in ophthalmology and neurological sciences. The work focuses on the theoretical foundations of this method, including the physiological mechanisms that influence pupillary reactions to light of different colors. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to verifying the functionality and reliability of the pupillometer by measuring the pupillary responses. The obtained data are processed using advanced segmentation methods and their results provide an answer to the question of the usability of the pupillograph in clinical practice.

Student prezentoval výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Ing.
