This bachelor's thesis focuses on a family microenterprise operating in the field of electrical engineering and photovoltaic installations. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures for the elimination of critical issues in the company's functioning and to strengthen its further development. The thesis is based on a case study of a specific family microenterprise and draws primarily on internal company data for the period 2022 to 2025. The analytical part applies the McKinsey 7S model and an analysis of financial and operational indicators to identify critical areas of the company's functioning. The analysis revealed key deficiencies in organizational structure, strategic planning, information systems and human resource management. Based on the results of these analyses, a GAP analysis was conducted to compare the current state with the desired state across all identified areas. The proposed measures address nine critical areas and include the establishment of a formal organizational structure, the creation of a strategic plan with KPIs, the development of a proprietary digital management system, the introduction of a complaint procedure, the conscious management of word-of-mouth marketing, the introduction of service contracts and a financial reserve, the documentation of technical know-how and last but not least the establishment of a recruitment and staff management system. Each measure includes a basic estimate of opportunity costs, expected benefits, an implementation timeline and a risk assessment.
