This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of end-winding leakage inductance of a traction electric motor with hairpin winding. The first part of the thesis describes wind- ing technologies used in traction motors for automotive applications. Individual types of windings are introduced, while the following part of the thesis focuses mainly on hair- pin winding, its manufacturing process, conductor shapes and winding layout design. Selected winding parameters are also explained and analytically described, including a numerical example and visualization. These parameters mainly include resistance and inductance, whose influence on the behaviour of an electric machine is examined. The main part of the thesis focuses on methods for determining the end-winding leakage inductance. These methods include the finite element method, analytical approaches, the Neumann integral, the method of images and the PEEC method. In the practical part, these methods are applied to a real model of a synchronous motor with hairpin winding. The end-winding leakage inductance is determined using 2D and 3D models in Ansys Electronics Desktop and a simplified PEEC-based calculation implemented in Python. The aim of the thesis is to describe possible approaches for calculating end-winding leakage inductance, to compare the simplified numeric-analytic method with the finite element method, and then to evaluate the results using measured data from a real motor provided by Garrett Motion s.r.o.

Student prezentoval bakalářskou príci na téma Analýza rozptylové reaktance čel Hairpinového vinutí trakčního elektromotoru. Shrnul cíle bakalářské práce. Prezentoval motivaci k řešení dané problematiky. Popsal parametry, které byly použity k nastavení výpočtu. Popsal výpočty provedené v prostředí MOTORCAD. Shrnul a vyhodnotil dosažené výsledky. Popsal metodu zrcadlení použitou v simulacích. Dále prezentoval PEEC metodu. Prezentoval model motoru, který student v rámci své práce analyzoval. Shrnul a vyhodnotil výsledky získané různými metodami. Student odpověděl na otázky komise a oponenta.
