Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the entrepreneurial approach of administrative staff
within Road Feeder Service (RFS) operations at AERO Sped s.r.o. The thesis analyzes
selected administrative processes, communication practices, and organizational
conditions influencing entrepreneurial behavior within the company environment. The
theoretical part defines the entrepreneurial approach, entrepreneurial competencies, and
the influence of corporate culture in organizations. The analytical part is based on
qualitative research methods, including interviews, direct observation, process analysis,
McKinsey 7S analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on the identified findings, the thesis
proposes recommendations aimed at improving communication processes, increasing

Supervisor’s report

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the entrepreneurial approach of administrative staff within Road Feeder Service operations at AERO Sped s.r.o. and propose recommendations for improvement. The aim is considered fulfilled with reservations. The theoretical part demonstrates adequate use of international sources, though more sources would strengthen the foundation. I note that theoretical explanations of analytical methods appear in the analytical part rather than the theory chapter. The analytical part is based on semi-structured interviews with company representatives and direct observation — however, information obtained from interviews is not explicitly cited throughout the text, which reduces traceability. For better clarity, I would expect key findings to be summarized after each analytical section, not only before SWOT. The goals of the thesis are not easily measurable, but the author makes an effort to fulfill them. The proposal part contains relevant recommendations with positive potential impact on the company. However, concrete KPIs for measuring implementation success are missing, as are cost estimates — even time costs of employee training should be considered as opportunity costs. An implementation timeline with specific phases would also strengthen practical applicability. The expected benefits are mentioned, which is positive. Regarding formal aspects, figures using "AI-assisted visualization support" should specify the AI model used for proper citation. The thesis is at a good level appropriate for a bachelor's thesis. I recommend the thesis for defense.

Q: What specific KPIs would you define to measure the success of the proposed communication and process standardization measures?

The thesis fulfils its main objective of analysing the entrepreneurial approach of administrative staff within Road Feeder Service operations and proposing improvement measures for AERO Sped s.r.o. (77 %), as it logically connects theoretical concepts with a qualitative case study and produces a set of practically oriented recommendations . The methodological approach is adequate (75 %), combining interviews, observation, process analysis, McKinsey 7S and SWOT analysis; however, the empirical base is very limited (two respondents and short-term observation) and this constraint is not sufficiently critically reflected in terms of data validity and potential bias . The ability to interpret results and derive conclusions is moderate (74 %), as the thesis identifies relevant operational patterns (e.g. dependence on informal communication, reactive problem solving and reliance on employee experience), but the interpretation remains largely descriptive and lacks deeper analytical synthesis or critical confrontation of findings . The practical applicability is solid (82 %), with clearly formulated and realistically implementable measures such as communication standardisation, use of existing Microsoft 365 tools, regular meetings and employee involvement initiatives that correspond to the conditions of the analysed company ; nevertheless, the proposals are mostly based on general best practices and their real impact depends on consistent implementation, which is not analysed in depth. The structure, terminology and language quality are good (85 %), with a logical structure and clear progression, although some sections remain unnecessarily extensive and descriptive . The use of information sources is satisfactory (78 %), combining relevant literature with empirical findings, but with limited critical evaluation and weaker integration of sources into deeper analytical reasoning . Overall, the thesis represents a solid professional bachelor’s work with clear practical relevance; however, its overall level is reduced by a limited empirical base, a predominantly descriptive analytical approach, and lower generalisability of findings, corresponding to an overall evaluation of 78 % (C).
