This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system in XYZ s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of the remuneration system, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and propose measures for its improvement. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical, and proposal sections. The analytical section also includes a questionnaire survey focused on employee satisfaction with the remuneration system. Based on the findings, specific recommendations are proposed, and their economic impact on the organization is assessed.

Student ve své prezentaci seznámil komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěl. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Na základě přednesené prezentace komise rozhodla, že student práci obhájil.
