This master’s thesis focuses on the design of an information system implementation for project management in the sales department of AZ KLIMA a.s., a company operating in the field of HVAC and building services engineering. The aim of the thesis is to map and analyse the price quotation process, identify its weaknesses and, based on the findings, propose an appropriate process and system solution. The theoretical part defines the principles of process and project management, describes selected categories of enterprise information systems and outlines methodologies applicable to the implementation of information solutions. The analytical part is based on current-state process mapping, direct observation of the process in practice, analysis of internal company materials and identification of weaknesses in the existing way of work. The main problems identified include fragmented data in spreadsheet tools, limitations of the existing Soft4Sale CRM system, a low level of integration between applications and limited ability to evaluate projects by trade and economic indicators. Based on the results of the analysis, the thesis proposes the implementation of the euroCALC system developed by Callida, integrated with the company’s ERP system and aligned with the group policy of the parent company ČEZ ESCO. The proposal includes a target process model, solution architecture, implementation schedule, data migration approach, risk management and a set of key performance indicators. The expected benefits of the proposed solution include shorter quotation preparation time, lower error rates, higher process transparency and improved information support for managerial decision-making.

Student ve své prezentaci seznámil komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěl. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Otázky z posudku vedoucího nebyly položeny, otázky z posudku oponenta zodpověděl v plném rozsahu. Otázky členů komise: 1 - prof. Ing. Vojtěch Koráb, Dr., MBA - Rozveďte procesní mapu, kterou jste zmiňoval ve své práci. - zodpovězeno 2 - Ing. Matúš Varjan, Ph.D. - V práci zmiňujete KPI ale ta nejsou v práci dále specifikována. Jak posoudíte transparentnost u konverzního poměru nabídek? - částečně zodpovězeno 3 - Ing. Bernard Neuwirth, Ph.D., MSc - Jaké jsou náklady spojené s návrhy vašich opatření? -částečně zodpovězeno Na základě přednesené prezentace a odpovědí na otázky položené v diskusi komise rozhodla, že student práci obhájil.
