This bachelor's thesis deals with the conceptual design and implementation of a mobile floating system designed to support the components of the integrated rescue system during flood situations, with the main goal being the development of a modular and easily transportable device for ensuring independent power supply of critical infrastructure in areas disconnected from the distribution network. The thesis analyses the logistical aspects of the entire system, including its transportability using the equipment of the Army of the Czech Republic, which is followed by the construction part dedicated to the creation of a detailed 3D model of the individual modules. The theoretical feasibility of the design is supported by the calculation of density and buoyancy to verify the buoyancy of the module, while the practical part of the thesis describes the actual production of a functional prototype equipped with a solar panel, on which measurements of the efficiency of electricity production were subsequently carried out. At the end of the thesis, an analysis of the economic complexity of the entire system is performed, which evaluates the costs of production and operation in the context of its practical use in crisis management and rescue operations.

Student seznámil státní zkušební komisi s cíli a řešením závěrečné vysokoškolské práce a zodpověděl otázky a připomínky oponenta.
