This thesis focuses on the design of a thermodynamic sensor using modern technology, with the aim of achieving the highest possible sensitivity. The main components of the sensor are thin-film titanium resistors. Within the scope of the thesis, the electrical and thermal properties of these resistors are evaluated. Based on the acquired knowledge, the design of the sensor itself and the technological processes for its fabrication are developed. Special emphasis is placed on the high sensitivity of the proposed sensor. Subsequently, the fabrication process and its challenges are described, leading to a revised sensor design. Finally, the properties of the fabricated sensors are evaluated using newly developed measurement methods.
