This thesis is devoted to the process of designing a cross-coupled charge pump for the purposes of providing a set voltage. Additionally, the charge pump system is supplemented with a discharge mechanic, which enables the pump to have lower power requirements. As a proof of concept, simulation results are added in the appendix, describing the pump's behavior in imperfect conditions. The resulting circuit is designed for applications in low-power systems. This thesis discusses the challenges associated with integrating the selected charge pump topology. A proposed layout of the system is commented and shown in the appendix.
