This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of light on humans and the possibilities of using wearable electronics for measuring personal light exposure. The theoretical part describes the basic properties of light, the biological effects of light radiation, and the relationship between light and human circadian rhythms. It also presents the principles of light measurement in wearable devices and an overview of selected exposimeters. The practical part focuses on experimental measurements using the MSS-SPECCY device in real-world conditions. The measured data were processed and evaluated with respect to the time of day, surrounding environment, and the biologically effective component of light. The thesis also includes proposals for possible hardware and software improvements of wearable devices intended for monitoring light exposure.
Light, light exposure, wearable electronics, circadian rhythm, melanopic equivalent daylight illuminance, biological effects of light, MSS-SPECCY, exposimeter.

Student seznámil komisi s výsledky své bakalářské práce. S posudky seznámili komisi vedoucí práce doc. Baxant a oponent Ing. Novák. Vedoucí práce hodnotil stupněm A s 90 b. Oponent hodnotil stupněm B s 85 b. Následnou rozpravu zahájil Ing. Novák položením otázek oponenta. Doplňující dotaz položil Dr. Koudelka ke grafům porovnání hodnot Photopic lux a Melanopic EDI a ohledně času měření. Student odpovídal váhavě. Poslední dotaz položil doc. Baxant ke grafu Spektrální hodnota. Na tento dotaz student odpověděl částečně.
