Bachelor’s thesis focuses on agrivoltaic systems and their application in agricultural companies. The theoretical section describes the operating principles, typology, and legislative framework of agrivoltaics in the Czech Republic, as well as the electrification of agricultural machinery and the energy consumption of agricultural robotics. The practical section is devoted to the validation of selected energy balance analyses, the design of an agrivoltaic system using the SAM simulation tool, and the analysis of the energy operations of an organic farm following the electrification of its vehicle fleet. Based on a simulation of electricity production and consumption, the farm’s energy balance is evaluated, and a comparison is made between the agrivoltaic system and a rooftop photovoltaic power plant. The results demonstrate the potential of agrivoltaics to increase the farm’s energy self-sufficiency and, at the same time, confirm that integrating battery storage into the proposed system significantly reduces the time mismatch between energy production and consumption.
