This bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of Asset Administration Shell (AAS) technology into the Testbed 4.0 environment, which consists of modular production cells controlled by Siemens S7-1200 PLCs. The theoretical part describes the principles of Industry 4.0, cyber-physical systems, AAS technology, and OPC UA communication. The initial state of Testbed 4.0, the original NFC reader firmware, and previous PLC-side AAS solutions are then analyzed. The practical part proposes and implements a unified AAS communication architecture in which the NFC reader interprets the recipe stored on an NFC tag and communicates with process PLCs and the transport PLC using OPC UA methods. The implementation includes production cell reservation, transmission of process and transport parameters, connection of the AAS layer to the cell state interface, and writing results back to the NFC tag. The functionality of the solution was verified using test scenarios in the simulation modes of the cells.

Student odprezentoval připravenou prezentaci a následně odpovídal na dotaz položený oponentem závěrečné práce. V následné rozpravě se komise zabývala praktickým použití NFC tagu na dně sklenice. Jaká je velikost použité NFC paměti? Student obhájil bakalářskou práci. Komise neměla žádné námitky k řešené práci. V průběhu odborné rozpravy student odpověděl na dotazy.
