This thesis deals with the development and physical implementation of an automated device for tea preparation based on user preferences. The objective was to design the system, verify it in a 3D simulation (Siemens NX MCD) connected to a Soft PLC TwinCAT 3, and subsequently commission the hardware. The use of simulation positions in real-time control was conditioned by their transformation using homogeneous matrices. The device was completely assembled, including mechanical assembly, electropneumatic wiring, and the design of custom control electronics with an NE555P timer for the effector. The key component is a SCARA manipulator controlled by an SRC-310 unit. The entire process is automated using a Beckhoff PLC, which communicates with the manipulator via an RS-232 serial link. An HMI interface was integrated to control the device. Final testing confirmed the full functionality of the system.
