This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and analysis of a jumping robotic system utilizing an unconventional actuation principle based on the transfer of angular momen- tum from a rotating flywheel to the robot’s chassis. The introductory part presents a comprehensive review of common and less conventional jumping locomotion strategies in the field of mobile robotics. Based on these findings, a custom cube-shaped robot concept is designed, utilizing a mechanical latch mechanism for the instantaneous re- lease of accumulated energy. A mathematical model describing the system’s dynamic behavior is derived and implemented in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment to theoretically verify the design functionality. The final part of the thesis describes the structural development and mechanical assembly of the physical robot prototype. The work successfully verifies the physical substance of the given actuation principle and establishes key benchmarks for the future optimization of jumping robots.

Student obhájil bakalářskou práci. Komise neměla žádné námitky k řešené práci. V průběhu odborné rozpravy student odpověděl na dotazy oponenta. Navazující otázka komise směřovala na využitelnost použitého typu pohonu? Jak by vypadal pohyb konkrétního typu robota s tímto pohonem? Jak vypadá konstrukce setrvačníku a západky? Student odpověděl na položené otázky komise.
