This master's thesis deals with the design and implementation of a parametric generator prototype for the semi-automated creation of the textual part of electrical project documentation. The aim is to replace the commonly used static templates with a dynamic software tool that streamlines the workflow, supports the consistency of outputs and reduces error rates in the preparation of documentation. The theoretical part presents a review of legislative requirements and an analysis of the level of detail required for individual project stages. The practical part describes the implementation of a desktop application whose architecture combines a modular user interface, an API layer for data extraction from heterogeneous sources using the Gemini language model, and a module for the automated validation of technical standards. The result is a functional solution that assembles editable documents in the DOCX format, including specialised protocols for the assessment of external influences and risk management. The usability of the prototype was verified on a set of real-world projects of various scopes.
