This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a laboratory cooling chamber. This experimental setup is intended to illustrate selected system identification methods and to enhance practical skills in using the MATLAB/Simulink environment in real time. The thesis comprises both theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical part provides a fundamental overview of the topics closely related to the assignment, specifically the thermoelectric effect, Peltier cells, and temperature measurement techniques. The practical part details the parameters and capabilities of the NI DAQ USB-6001 data acquisition board and its integration with the MATLAB/Simulink environment. Further more, it describes the design of a printed circuit board (PCB) intended for interfacing the laboratory chamber with the measurement card, including appropriate signal conditioning. The thesis also includes a chapter summarizing the achieved results and measured waveforms obtained using the developed laboratory setup. For future educational use of the designed apparatus, a laboratory exercise titled System parameter identification was created.

Student obhájil bakalářskou práci. Komise neměla žádné námitky k řešené práci. V průběhu odborné rozpravy student odpověděl na dotazy oponenta. Navazující otázka komise směřovala k výkonu halogenové žárovky a peltierového článku. Byla při návrhu desky uvažována termální simulace? Co je příčinou, že se při online identifikace parametry soustavy neustálí na konstantní hodnotě? Student odpověděl na položené otázky komise.
