This bachelor thesis focuses on optimizing the remuneration system in the company XY, s.r.o. The main objective is to propose specific measures to streamline this system, leading to increased employee motivation and satisfaction while enhancing the company's economic efficiency. The theoretical part reviews literature on human resource management, remuneration and motivation. The practical part analyzes the current state of the company using internal document analysis, a questionnaire survey, and interviews. Based on the identified shortcomings, specific proposals and recommendations for optimizing the remuneration system are formulated in the final section.

Studentka ve své prezentaci seznámila komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěla. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Na základě přednesené prezentace komise rozhodla, že studentka práci obhájila.
