The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the concept of work-life balance in a selected manufacturing company. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first theoretical part defines this concept and related topics. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current state of work-life balance in the selected company, using a semi-structured interview with the manager of the personnel department, an analysis of internal documents, and a questionnaire survey among employees in both non-production and production positions. Based on the findings of the analytical part, the final, proposal part of the thesis presents five specific proposals that can contribute to improving the work-life balance of the organization’s employees.
