This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design, installation, and functional verification of a power supply on a printed circuit board (PCB) intended for the Mars Rover robotic platform. The thesis describes the architecture for distributing electrical energy from a battery source to multiple regulated voltage branches. These branches are controlled by switching circuits on the high-voltage side. The design includes the implementation of voltage, current, and temperature monitoring using INA238 integrated circuits, includ- ing calibration of current measurement and branch diagnostics. In addition, the thesis deals with the implementation of overcurrent protection mechanisms, fault-condition processing, and system control via the UART communication interface. The practical part includes the assembly of the printed circuit board, development of firmware, and experimental testing of mechanisms and diagnostic functions.

Student obhájil bakalářskou práci s výhradami. V rámci obhajoby dokázal přesvědčit komisi o správnosti svých postupů a navrženého řešení. V průběhu odborné rozpravy reagoval na dotazy oponenta. Dále zodpověděl dotazy týkající se způsobu zpracování bloků a jeho klidové spotřeby.
