This bachelor‘s thesis focuses on the design of a multifunctional complex that responds to recurring flood activities and the social needs of the municipality of Bělá pod Pradědem. The architectural solution integrates three functions into one harmonious whole:

Housing
The project combines permanent residential accommodation—with a priority for seniors—and tourist apartments. These apartments also serve as social housing for individuals affected by the recurring floods in the Jeseníky region.

Social Inclusion
The integration of seniors and flood-affected residents is facilitated through social zones, including a multifunctional hall, a space for a library and board games, and a relaxation garden.

Community Services
A breakfast bistro that also provides meal delivery services for permanent residents.A garden designed for cultivation and intergenerational socializing, featuring a barbecue area and a petanque court. A hall dedicated to lectures, film screenings, and ballroom dancing.

The project creates a symbiosis between safety, contextual architecture, inclusivity, and the recreational potential of the landscape, while emphasizing the social and economic sustainability of the municipality.
