This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of ECG signal delineation and methods for both single- and multi-lead recordings. The theoretical part summarizes the fundamentals of electrocardiography, the heart’s response to exercise, and selected methods for QRS complex detection and delineation. The practical part focuses on the processing and analysis of a dataset recorded during exercise using a 12-lead system and a Polar H10 chest strap. The preprocessing included signal synchronization and manual correction of R-waves, which subsequently served as reference data. Furthermore, custom metrics were developed to evaluate the accuracy of ECG delineation, and signal delineation was performed using selected freely available algorithms. Based on their evaluation and comparison, a custom algorithm was then proposed and modified. All algorithms were further tested on the recorded dataset, including an analysis of the dependence of detection success rate on the level of physical exercise. Finally, the functionality and accuracy of the individual approaches were verified using the CSE database. The results of the thesis demonstrated differences in the accuracy of individual algorithms and highlighted the contribution of the proposed algorithm to stress ECG delineation.

Proč máte nekonzistetní prezentaci u pacientských záznamů? Jaký svod byl hodnocen u 12-svodového EKG? S jakou přesností byl hodnocen nástup vlny P? Ing. Šaclová položila otázku: Anotaci jste dělala sama? Upravovala jste tu poslední verzi Vítka? Studentka obhájila bakalářskou práci a odpověděla na otázky členů komise a oponenta.
