This bachelor thesis deals with the design, construction, and optimization of a triboelectric vascular graft based on the Liquid-Solid TENG principle for real-time blood flow monitoring. As part of the experimental phase, PDMS tube prototypes with varying numbers of ring electrodes were developed and tested, with a focus on enhancing sensor sensitivity through the removal of gas inclusions from the matrix and the modification of dielectric properties using barium titanate (BaTiO3). The thesis describes in detail the influence of these material and structural adjustments on the stability and magnitude of the generated signal. The highlight of the work is the in vivo preclinical validation on a porcine model in collaboration with IKEM, where the sensor’s ability to detect the heart rate of a living organism was demonstrated. This work thus confirms the potential of this technology for autonomous hemodynamic monitoring in clinical practice.

Studentka prezentovala výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Mgr. Čechová položila otázku: Uvedla by jste časovou osu průběhu řešení práce? Prof. Augustynek položil otázku: Co je hlavní cíl práce? Můžou hrál roli v nehomogenitě i krevní elementy? Ing. Mézl položil otázku: Zkoumala jste biokompatibilitu materiálu? Studentka obhájila bakalářskou práci a odpověděla na otázky členů komise a oponenta.
