This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of long-term records from continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and physiological and behavioral data, including heart rate, accelerometer data, physical activity, nutritional records, and sleep records, obtained from healthy individuals. The main objective of this thesis was to develop a graphical user interface (GUI) enabling the loading, synchronization, and visualization of these data, followed by analysis of the available datasets. The introductory part of the thesis describes CGM sensors and their applications in self-monitoring and sports performance optimization. Furthermore, the main factors influencing glycemia are briefly summarized. The thesis then presents the structure of the database and the data available at the Department of Biomedical Engineering (DBE), together with the implementation of the GUI and examples of the application. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis od the average daily glycemic profile, the effects of sleep and diet on glycemia, the effect od the timing of physical activity before meals on postprandial glycemia, and the analysis of the correlation between heart rate and glycemia. Finally, the obtained results are discussed and interpreted.
