Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design, implementation and verification of an assistive exoskeleton intended to reduce the energy demands of stair ascent for user with knee exarticulation utilizing the C-leg4 prosthetic joint. The thesis first introduces the issue of stair climbing for lower limb prosthesis user and the principles of surface electromyography sensing. The literature review maps current types of exoskeletons and their possible control methods. The practical part focuses on creating a model of an assistive exoskeleton utilizing a remote actuation concept with force transmission via a Bowden cable. The core of the thesis is the development of control software for the Raspberry Pi microcomputer, which processes surface electromyography (sEMG) from the forearm muscle in real-time. Experimental testing confirmed the high reliability of the detection algorithm, achieving an F1-Score of 96,65 %.

Student prezentoval výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Doc. Kolář se doptal na simulaci kroutícího momentu a vztahu ke hmotnosti osoby. Dále se doptal na problém s elektromotorem. Ing. Vitouš se doptal na technické kreslení. Student obhájil bakalářskou práci a odpověděl na otázky členů komise a oponenta.
