This thesis focuses on the quantitative characterization of thrombi in acute ischemic stroke using non‑contrast CT and multiphase CT angiography (mCTA). Segmented thrombi were analyzed using a comprehensive set of first‑order intensity features, capturing both static properties of voxel‑intensity distributions and dynamic attenuation changes across mCTA phases. The study evaluates the discriminative ability of these features through clustering analysis, examining which aspects of thrombus density, heterogeneity, and contrast‑agent dynamics separate patients into meaningful subgroups. Correlation analysis further identifies coherent feature families and highlights redundancy among related descriptors. The results demonstrate that dynamic phase‑to‑phase features, particularly those reflecting contrast penetration and enhancement variability, provide the strongest separation between patients, while static features and tMIP‑derived measures contribute complementary structural information. Patient‑level clustering reveals three reproducible thrombus phenotypes ranging from compact, homogeneous clots to highly heterogeneous thrombi with pronounced contrast uptake. These findings indicate that first‑order intensity statistics from mCTA capture physiologically relevant differences in thrombus composition and permeability, supporting their potential value for thrombus profiling in ischemic stroke.

Studentka prezentovala výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Ing. Harabiš položil otázku na použitou databázi a zda byly tromby už segmentovány. Doc. Rožánek položil otázku na důvod snížení počtu analyzovaných pacientů. Jak byl vybrán původní počet příznaků. Ing. Smíšek položil otázku na počet analyzovaný příznaků. Studentka obhájila bakalářskou práci s výhradami a odpověděla na otázky členů komise a oponenta.
