This master’s thesis describes the optimization of the technological processes of fabricating Fabry-Pérot (FP) resonators using optical fibers. Based on numerical analysis, a graded-index (GRIN) fiber segment used as a collimator is proposed and implemented. The impact of the GRIN fiber end-face quality on the transmission properties of the FP structure is discussed. Test samples of single-mode fibers with spliced collimators are examined, and the beam divergence and mode field diameter of the output optical signal are measured. These elements are then assembled into an FP resonator utilizing an automated procedure on a hexapod. The resonator serves as a spectral comb filter for evaluating changes in various dynamic or static physical quantities.
