This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and complete implementation of an educational laboratory task used for the practical comparison of various ambient temperature measurement methods. The theoretical part summarizes the physical principles of contact temperature sensors and methods of active temperature change. The practical part describes the hardware and software assembly of the entire measurement system, using the ESP32 microcontroller as the main control unit. A closed chamber was constructed, in which the required microclimate is precisely maintained using a Peltier module, power resistors, and an implemented PID controller. The software solution also includes a graphical user interface for data acquisition and visualization. At the end of the thesis, the correct functionality of the entire control system is experimentally verified. The result is a fully commissioned educational device complemented by a prepared laboratory report template, which will enable students to independently investigate and evaluate the accuracy, linearity, and dynamic properties of selected temperature sensors.
