This thesis presents the design of an analog three-electrode potentiostat module for liquid impedance spectroscopy across a frequency range from 10 Hz up to 10 MHz. The device is conceived as a plug-in module for Keysight DSO-X 3000 and Keysight DSO-X 1202G series oscilloscopes, leveraging their integrated function generator and Frequency Response Analysis (FRA) features to generate Bode plots. The primary objective is to develop and evaluate the potentiostat converter, specifically comparing its sensitivity and measurement accuracy against a professional-grade impedance analyzer.
