This bachelor thesis deals with the design, construction, and verification of a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor using affordable components. The solution is implemented on the Raspberry Pi platform combined with a Raspberry Pi camera module and a microlens array from the company THORLABS. The theoretical part describes the physical principles of the sensor and the mathematical foundations of both modal and zonal wavefront reconstruction methods. In the practical part, custom software was developed in Python, providing a web interface for camera configuration, system calibration, and sub-pixel focal spot centroid detection. The software solution includes the full implementation of both reconstruction algorithms. Testing confirmed the functionality of the designed model for measuring optical aberrations. The thesis analyzes the impact of mechanical arrangement, dynamic range limits, and optical noise on measurement accuracy, and visually compares the outputs of the modal and zonal approaches using real data.

Student prezentuje postupy a závěry své bakalářské práce. Poté jsou přečteny posudky vedoucího a oponenta bakalářské práce, s nimiž student souhlasí bez námitek. Následně probíhá diskuze se členy komise. 1) student nejdříve odpovídá na dvě otázky oponenta -odpovídá dostatečně 2) prof. Prokeš: co je světelný šum a jakým mechanismem ovlivňuje senzor vlnoplochy? -student odpovídá 3) prof. Prokeš: co kdyby paprsek dopadl do vedlejšího políčka matice ohniskových bodů? -student odpovídá 4) Dr. Kaller: jak zpracováváte signál z CMOS kamery? -student vysvětluje
