This thesis deals with the possibilities of output power level equalization of a signal generator using passive and active circuits for the frequency range of 50~MHz -- 6~GHz. The thesis describes the design of the proposed circuits in the Ansys Circuit and Ansys HFSS simulation environments. The correct operation of the designed circuits was verified using measured data obtained from the output of the signal generator. For the selected solutions, printed circuit board layouts were designed, physical prototypes were fabricated, and their characteristics within the operating frequency band were measured.
