The bachelor's thesis deals with vibration measurement using DAS reflectometric system. The thesis includes a theoretical analysis of light propagation in optical fiber and optical phenomena such as Rayleigh scattering, which is key to the measurement principle of the DAS system. It also includes an analysis of other sensor systems and the DAS system itself, particularly its measurement principle and applications. The practical section focuses on the detection of vibrations caused by the movement and activities of people. A 5x5 Sobel operator was used for edge detection on the measured data. A comparison was made with a smaller 3x3 Sobel operator. Further processing involved bandpass filtering to remove noise, and edge detection was also applied to the filtered data. These processing methods were compared based on the magnitude of the normalized intensity of individual activities. A floating treshold was created for a single channel for this processed data, allowing events to be visualized over time. The output is a MATLAB script for processing measured data from the DAS system.

Student prezentoval výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Student obhájil bakalářskou práci a odpověděl na otázky členů komise a oponenta. Otázky: 1) Můžete kvantifikovat výpočetní náročnost a přesnost použitých filtrů? 2) Lze z intenzity běhu stanovit rychlost běhu? 3) Jaký je důvod pro změnu měřítka horizontální osy u daných událostí? 4) Co znamená špička v oblasti 100 m v grafu intenzity?
