Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and implementation of an automated platform based on the parallel kinematics of a Stewart platform. The aim of the solution was to create a functional system capable of controlling six linear actuators that determine the spatial motion of the platform. The firmware for the control board was configured, the parameters of the individual drives were implemented, a set of control macros was created, and their correct function was verified. The integrated communication chain enables the system to be controlled from a computer through an application interface directly to the control board, which drives the stepper motors and allows the motion sequence to be synchronized with camera image acquisition. The analysis using calibration targets showed that replacing plastic joints with metal joints reduced the average deviation during complex motion from 0.6032 mm to 0.3518 mm, representing an improvement of approximately 41.7%. The resulting system represents a functional prototype for automated image data acquisition suitable for 3D reconstruction of objects.

Otáyky komise a oponenta: V Tab. 3.3 „Plastové kĺby – komplexný pohyb v závislosti od rýchlosti pohybu“ uvádíte, že při vyšších rychlostech průměrná odchylka klesá. Čím může být tento jev způsoben? Jaké položky jsou započítány ve Vašem cenovém odhadu? Student obhájil bakalářskou práci a odpověděl na otázky členů komise a oponenta.
