With the growing interest in energy-efficient and cryogenic information technologies, hybrid systems combining superconductors and ferromagnets have attracted increasing attention. In such structures, the superconducting transition modifies the electromagnetic environment of the adjacent magnetic layer, offering the possibility to tune spin-wave excitation and propagation by crossing the critical temperature. This thesis investigates spin-wave generation in ferromagnetic films patterned with superconducting nanowires, which act as localized microwave antennas. Measurements were performed over a broad temperature range, enabling direct comparison between the normal conducting and superconducting states within the same sample geometry. The experimental results are supported by a theoretical description based on numerical solutions of the London equations and established models of spin-wave excitation efficiency. The study demonstrates how superconductivity influences the microwave magnetic field distribution and thereby affects spin-wave excitation in superconductor/ferromagnet heterostructures.
