The subject of the work is the preparation of a project for the construction of a twostorey partially basement family house for a family with an immobile member – a wheelchair user. The construction is also designed as a building with almost zero energy consumption. Given that this is a complex solution, it was necessary to use knowledge across disciplines in the design, from the layout specifics and requirements of this type of building, the ergonomics of some details, to the static demands resulting from the requirement for barrier-free access to most of the building's spaces. It was also necessary to take into account the requirements for technologies such as an elevator. The required valid regulations and standards were respected during the processing. The layout solution was designed with regard to the requirements for the use of buildings by people with reduced mobility and orientation. The output of the work is digital and printed documentation processing, including the digital output of Industry Foundation Classes (IFC). This is a detached family house on the outskirts of the village of Jemníky, in a location defined by the zoning plan for the construction of family houses. The location is currently only partially networked and future buildings will only be connected to the public low-voltage and water distribution. According to the valid zoning plan, the municipality of Jemníky does not plan to build a sewage system or gas supply in this location. The building will be connected to its own wastewater treatment plant using purified water, together with retained rainwater for watering the garden. The building will be heated by a ground/water heat pump connected to two deep wells. The building itself is designed to be built of precise ceramic blocks of the THERM type, supplemented with a contact mineral insulation system ETICS. The underground floor of the building is designed to be monolithic, reinforced concrete, supplemented with a contact EPS insulation system. The basement walls below ground level will be insulated with boards based on extruded polystyrene. The ceiling structures of all floors will be reinforced concrete, monolithic. The roof of the building will be hipped with a slope of 20°. The geometry of the roof planes is determined by the intersection of hipped roofs. The truss structure is designed as a purlin.
Family house, for people with limited mobility and orientation, elevator without machine room, ETICS, THERM type masonry.
