This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a new residential apartment building and the preparation of project documentation in the required scope. The main objective is to create a comprehensive design solution for the building, including its spatial and structural design, fire safety solution, building services systems, and selected aspects of building physics. The documentation includes a technical report, site layout documentation, and a complete set of drawings. The proposed apartment building consists of one underground floor and four above-ground floors. A total of eight residential units are designed within the building. The underground part of the building is intended primarily for technical and operational facilities, while the above-ground floors are used exclusively for residential purposes. The load-bearing system of the building is formed by a combination of masonry blocks and reinforced concrete structures. The external structures are designed using masonry blocks and reinforced concrete, while the internal load-bearing structures are designed as reinforced concrete elements. The building is covered by a flat roof. As part of the technical design, heating is provided by a heat pump system and ventilation is designed as mechanical ventilation. The result of the bachelor’s thesis is a comprehensive design of an apartment building that respects the requirements for functional housing, safe operation, technical feasibility, and current demands for energy-efficient operation.

Student představil komisi svou bakalářskou práci. Na následujících snímcích ukázal lokalitu umístění objektu bytového domu a základní informace o budově a dispoziční řešení. Následně představil konstrukční řešení stavby. Následně představil architektonické a akustické řešení. Následně odpověděl na otázky oponenta. Otázky komise: - Jak je řešeno zapeklení atiky? - Jak by student řešil založení stavby vedle stávajícího objeku? - Proč má student navržena francouzská okna a vyhoví mu na oslunění? - Jak budou větrány byty v navrženém objektu? Student se snažil vcelku dobře reagovat na připomínky oponenta a zdůvodňovat svoje navrhovaná řešení, rovněž na většinu otázek členů komise k předložené práci reagoval dobře.
